At Luxury Leather & Fur, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer exchanges and returns according to the following policy.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your destination:

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided tracking link.
Eligibility for Exchange: We accept exchanges on items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition (with tags intact). The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanged Items: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply contact us at info@luxuryleatherandfur.com to initiate the exchange process. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, we will contact you for payment of the price difference.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and exchanges.
Exchange Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.
Items on sale are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds.
Regular items will only be eligible for store credit.
Quality Check: All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return or Exchange for Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Simply send us a picture of the damage and your order number to info@luxuryleatherandfur.com.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@luxuryleatherandfur.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it will fall under our return and exchange policy.
